Shipping rates
Standard domestic shipping is a flat rate of $5.99 on all orders.
Free shipping on all orders over $75.
Processing time
Every Oglethorpe Goods product is made to order. Once your order is placed, it is sent to our production partners at Printful, where it is printed, quality-checked, and packaged. This process typically takes 2 – 5 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once it ships.
Delivery time
After your order ships, standard domestic delivery takes 3 – 7 business days.
Total time from order to delivery is typically 7 – 14 business days.
International shipping
We ship internationally to most countries. International shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping charges.
Returns
Because every item is printed to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund within 30 days of delivery. This includes printing errors, significant color discrepancies, material defects, and damage during shipping.
For sizing issues on apparel items, we offer one-time exchanges. Please refer to our size guide before ordering to ensure the best fit.
How to initiate a return or exchange

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the defect or damage
We respond to all inquiries within one business day and will work to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
