Welcome to Oglethorpe Goods. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of oglethorpegoods.com and your purchase of our products. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

1. About Oglethorpe Goods

Oglethorpe Goods is based in Winter Park, Florida. Credit card statements will reflect a charge from “Oglethorpe Goods.”

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By using this site you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and Pricing

All products are made to order through our production partner, Printful. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided in good faith but may contain errors. We reserve the right to correct errors and to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include taxes or shipping, which are calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the full order amount including applicable taxes and shipping.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days (Printful production time) plus 3–7 business days for transit. Total estimated delivery is 7–14 business days. Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after the carrier confirms delivery. Please report any issues within 7 days of the stated delivery date.

6. Returns and Refunds

Because our products are made to order (print-on-demand), we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse. We will gladly replace or refund items that are:

• Defective or damaged on arrival
• Printed incorrectly (wrong design, color, or placement)
• Significantly different from the product description

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, photography, text, and branding on this site are the property of Oglethorpe Goods or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. “Oglethorpe Goods,” “The Oak,” “The Coordinates,” and “The Grid” are original designs owned by us.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission. Personal, non-commercial use of product images for social sharing is permitted with credit.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site
• Interfere with the site’s operation or security
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or collect data from the site

9. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Colors on product images may vary from the actual product due to monitor settings and printing processes. Comfort Colors garment-dyed tees are each slightly unique in tone.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OGLETHORPE GOODS AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR ORDER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT IN QUESTION.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oglethorpe Goods, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
